What we collect

When you fill out the quote form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone, email, city, street address if you give it, your business, school, or church name, what you need help with, any notes, and how you'd like us to reach you. When you call, text, or email, we receive whatever you send.

How we use it

• To get back to you and answer your questions
• To quote, schedule, and do the work
• To send invoices and keep business and tax records

We never sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the business, and only for that purpose:

• Web3Forms delivers the quote form to our email.
• Google Workspace hosts our business email.
• Square handles invoices and payments.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

This website

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn't run analytics. Like any website, our host may keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security.

Your devices and files

When we work on your computer, phone, or network, we only access what the job requires. If we need to copy your files to protect them during a repair or transfer, we keep those copies only as long as the job needs them.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details and job records as long as we're working together, and as long as we need them for business and tax records after that.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Email [email protected] or call (423) 463-6507. We'll keep only what the law requires us to keep.

Children

This site is for adults arranging service. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
